Scottsdale has been ranked the top city in America for corporate golf, according to a new study by SIXT Business. The recognition highlights the strength of Arizona’s golf offerings and the growing appeal of the state for business events.
Scottsdale Leads the Nation
The study evaluated major business travel destinations based on public golf courses per capita, average course ratings, weekday green fees, and the availability of corporate facilities. Scottsdale earned the highest overall score of 74.26 out of 100, ahead of cities like Orlando and Denver.
What Drove the Top Ranking
Scottsdale stood out with 7.7 public golf courses per 100,000 residents, a strong 4.8 average Google rating, and the fact that 100% of its courses offer corporate amenities. These factors make it an ideal location for companies looking to combine high-quality golf with professional events.
Economic Benefits for Arizona
Corporate golf events deliver meaningful value to our state by attracting visitors, supporting local businesses, and creating jobs. This national recognition reinforces Arizona’s position as a premier golf destination and showcases the quality of our courses to corporate leaders across the country.
The Arizona Alliance for Golf celebrates this achievement and will continue advocating for the growth and sustainability of golf throughout Arizona.
