The Arizona Golf House officially opened its doors during grand opening celebration on October 22 hosted by the local golf nonprofits and associations who call it home. Fox 10 Phoenix’s Cory McCloskey was on hand to tell viewers about the golf house’s mission to encourage public participation in golf as well as all of the positive benefits that accompany the game.

Located at the Papago Golf Club, Arizona Golf House tenants include the Arizona Alliance for Golf, AZ Caddie and Leadership Academy, AZ GOLF, Cactus and Pine Golf Course Superintendents Association, Evans Scholarship Foundation, First Tee — Phoenix, Greater Southwest Club Management Association of America, Junior Golf Association of Arizona, LPGA*USGA Girls Golf – Phoenix, Southwest PGA and Youth on Course.
In addition to office space for the nonprofits, the facility offers an open-to-the-public, multi-purpose event space available to the public upon request for rent for various gatherings. Coming soon, this first-of-its-kind collaborative hub will advance research, champion sustainability, and promote an industry deeply woven into Arizona’s economy, environment and identity. It also will be a research and education hub, collaborating with local universities.
Also planned for the future, the Arizona Golf House will be a center for workforce development through real-world training, internships and career placement to provide steppingstones for students pursuing careers in golf, hospitality, tourism and philanthropy.
The Arizona Golf House was built in collaboration with the Arizona Alliance for Golf, Arizona State University, Arizona Golf Community Foundation and the City of Phoenix. Designed by Douglas Fredrikson Architects and built by Wespac Construction, it features a 14,000 square-foot, single-story building, containing office space, conference rooms, storage, patios, courtyard and lounge. Construction began in June 2024 and was completed in May 2025 with a grand opening in October 2025. The Arizona Golf House is located on the grounds of the municipal Papago Golf Club at 5555 E Karsten Way, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
