Perhaps the headline is a bit crass and definitely cliché, but the fact remains that golf “is not only a good form of exercise, it significantly improves quality of life for older golfers in a host of different ways,” according to a Golf Magazine article first posted September 2020.

The two-year study, supported by the R&A and conducted by University of Southampton in England and the University of Southern California, reported that “golf is not only a good form of exercise, it can significantly improve quality of life for older golfers in a host of different ways.”
